A great choice at the top of the hill.  Big clean rooms with hot water bathrooms, TV, AC, heating, fridge, furniture and balcony overlooking the bay.  The staff are friendly and helpful.  Towels and hot drinking water are provided.  Double and triple rooms cost 170,000Dong.
