Getting to and from Lombok

Perama run regular buses and boats between Lombok, the Gili Islands and Bali.  There own boats are the quickest option to and from Bali (IRP250,000 from Sengiggi or Gili to Kuta) , but their buses also connect with the large ferry which is much cheaper option (IRP 100,000 from Sengigi to Kuta).  Other operators run similar services.
